- Select the order you wish to return and click Request Return.
- Follow the instructions and ensure the product meets the vendor’s return conditions.
- Once approved, you will receive details on how to return the product.
4. When Returns Are Not Accepted
- If the product does not meet the vendor’s return conditions.
- If the product has been used, damaged after delivery, or is not in its original condition.
- If the product is classified as non-returnable (e.g., health & hygiene products, perishable items, or digital goods).
