This is a general refund and return policy for the Dzili marketplace. It applies to purchases from all stores unless a store states otherwise on its page.
Returns You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Some categories (perishables, personal care, digital products) may not be returnable.
Refunds Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method or your Dzili wallet. Card refunds can take 5–14 business days to appear depending on your bank. Delivery fees are refunded only when the return is due to our or the seller's error.
How to request Open the order in My orders and contact the store through chat, or open a dispute if you cannot reach an agreement. Our support team reviews every dispute.
