Welcome to Dzili, a multi-vendor marketplace. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.
The marketplace Dzili connects buyers with independent stores. Each store is responsible for its own products, descriptions, and stock. Dzili holds payments and releases them to sellers after delivery is confirmed.
Buyer responsibilities Provide accurate delivery information, pay for orders you place, and inspect items on arrival. Report problems within the return window in the Refund Policy.
Seller responsibilities List only genuine items you are allowed to sell, describe them accurately, honor your published prices, and fulfil orders on time. Dzili may suspend stores that break these rules.
Payments and fees Prices are shown in local currency. Marketplace commission and fees are described in the seller dashboard. Display prices in other currencies are approximate — checkout charges the base currency.
Liability Dzili provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
