Dzili is a multi-vendor marketplace connecting buyers with independent stores, delivery, and support in one place.
Support If you need help with an order, your account, a store, a payout, or anything else, contact us by email at support@dzili.com or visit https://dzili.com. We aim to respond within one business day. Buyers can also reach a store directly through the in-app chat on any order.
Information we collect We collect your account details (name, email, phone) to create and verify your account; your saved delivery addresses and, with your permission, your location, to show nearby stores and estimate delivery; your order and payment information, noting that card payments are processed by our payment provider (Network International / N-Genius) and Dzili never stores your full card number; for sellers, identity and business verification documents and bank details used only to verify the seller and pay them; and basic device and usage data to keep the service secure.
How we use your information We use this information to create and secure your account, show stores and products available in your area, process orders, payments, refunds, and seller payouts, send order updates and service notifications, and prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
How we share your information We share information only as needed to run the marketplace: with the seller and delivery party for orders you place, with our payment provider to process payments, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Data security & retention Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on secured servers. We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
Your choices & data deletion You can view and edit your profile in the app or website at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, email support@dzili.com from your registered address — we act on verified requests within a reasonable period, subject to records we must retain by law.
Children Dzili is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
