Information we collect Account details (name, phone, email), delivery addresses, order history, and messages you exchange with stores. We also collect basic device and usage data to keep the service secure and improve it.
How we use it To process orders and payments, deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, and send order updates. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing Order details are shared with the store you buy from and the delivery provider handling your order. Payment details are processed by licensed payment gateways — Dzili never stores full card numbers.
Your choices You can update your profile and addresses at any time, and you can contact us to request deletion of your account and data.
